According to PCM recording of radio telemetering system, this paper presents a kind of data acquisition system of huge capacity with hard disk as data storage media, the paper focuses on the design of system, design of PCM decode circuit, design of hard disk controlling unit, design of software and design of computer interface circuit etc.
