摘要
This article presents the experience of training teachers to work in a multicultural school and the development of their multicultural competence. It shows that the most effective way to prepare teachers as part of school teams is based on the use of the project method. The training aimed at developing communicative competence, skills of reflection and introspection, mastering technologies of organization of educational process taking into account the multicultural composition of the class. It is shown that these methods are most productive for young teachers (up to 25 years) and teachers of middle-age 35-55 years).
