摘要:
The article describes the construction of a thin element sensitive to platinum and the technological process of its manufacture. Particular attention is paid to the study of the main parameters in the temperature range from 13.8 to 370 K. The investigations were carried out on the basis of a helium cryostat, inside of which an equalizing block was placed in order to obtain an equi-temperature field, in which wells were dug into which the investigated thin-film resistance thermometers were placed.
