摘要：

An enterprise's sense of crisis administration determines the enterprise's competence to fight against risks. The efficiency of the enterprise's preventing and dealing with crisis determines how far the enterprise can go in the fierce competitions. This paper, based on the analysis of the connotation of enterprises crisis and the necessity of strengthening the enterprises crisis administration, analyses the causes of the enterprises crises and puts forward to building up a system for warning the enterprises crises, the important principles of dealing with enterprises crises and the countermeasures to deal with the problems arising from the crisis, and this article also puts forward a model of enterprises crisis warning system.
