摘要
The objective of this article is to identify factors that influence the relationship between intersec-tionality in health and multidimensional poverty. Four logistic models are estimated to identify the relationship of health problems with multidimensional poverty, linked to sociodemographic, gender inequality and geographic factors. The findings highlight that health problems for wom-en and men in poverty are different as a consequence of intersectionality. The accumulation of inequities affects women more. Gender norms explain health problems by sex. It is a priority to attend to socially assigned burdens on women that affect their health, such as unpaid domestic and care work, and to ensure the full exercise of their rights and well-being.
