摘要：

Aiming at the problems of control and decision in safety production of food field, the traceability of quality information and HACCP criterion was integrated, the conception of AI was introduced and an ontology-based HACCP knowledge service system was constructed which made use of the advantage of ontology and CBR technology. The framework of system was presented by focusing on knowledge representation of HACCP and methods of case-based similarity reasoning in order to realize the system on semantic level and improve the mechanism of management.
