On fictitious frequencies using circulants for radiation problems of a cylinder

摘要：

The mechanism of fictitious frequencies in the direct dual BEM was examined by considering the circulants for the influence matrices of a circular problem. Numerical results using the dual BEM program agreed very well with the analytical solutions using circulants.
