摘要
Numerical strip distributed transfer function method is introduced to the analysis of diffused channel waveguides. In this method, the region is divided into strip elements, and the discrete model is built on the elements. The system equations are derived through variational principal, and solved by numerical transfer function method. Several examples are given, and compared with other methods, and the advantage of this method is described.
