摘要：

Universitary education represents that level from education system which can contribute to the progress of entire society from economical to cultural level. The main instrument to convey cultural and scientical experiences to the others is the instructive-educative process. Universitary teaching staffs carry out specifics roles: specialist, teacher, educational, scientific, and institutional in personal and professional development.
