摘要
The article wants to deepen some ongoing dynamic in the Scampia district, one of the most unsolved suburbs in the metropolitan city of Naples. In addition to being object of a recent urban regeneration project by the Municipality of Naples, the district, in the last few years (and in spite of "Gomorra") has become a fertile field of social innovation, the central theme of the Europe 2020 Strategy. Specifically in the regeneration of the suburban neighborhoods, social innovation is occurring increasingly an effective and valid alternative to the traditional territorial governance tools. In this perspective, through the Scampia case, the authors intend to present a new and different formula of urban creativeness; further element of analysis is the issue of the finding resources for the overall regeneration of the district.
