摘要
The unreasonable plan and layout on Petrochemical Park will increase environmental risk. Based on conception for identity degree in Set Pair Theory, environmental risk on Petrochemical Park of multiple planning schemes was compared. The paper formed the Set Pair Analysis model on scheme comparison and introduced a case of Petrochemical Park. The identity degree of three alternative schemes for the case was calculated. The identity degree of A scheme is 0.949, B scheme is 0.984 and C scheme is 0.945.The identity degree of B scheme is maximum which can be the optimum selection for the Petrochemical Park in case.
