摘要
It is increasingly necessary to discuss about the right to Education, as well as the influence of international organizations in proposing educational policies in Brazil, which corroborated the inclusion of cultural diversity in schooling spaces. Thus, through a bibliographic and documentary research, we intend to discuss Education as a subjective right and its role in the face of the diversity that, over the decades, especially since 1980, has been included in its spaces, therefore, by redesigning its role and, perhaps because it does not understand the different voices, Education continues, in many soaces, corroborating the unavailability segregation and discrimination of these subjects and, among the present practices, is LGBTQIAphobia and its problems. For this reason, we defend the school as a plural space, free from conservative practices and open to all cultural manifestations, whatever they may be.
