摘要
Voltammetric behaviour of two significant plant stimulators indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and indole-3-hutyric (IBA) was studied employing boron-doped diamond electrode. Due to the similar structure of the compounds, they provided almost identica; voltammetric responses. the best result for the simultaneous determination were found, when the mixture of 0.6 mol L-1 H2SO4 and ethanol was used as a supporting electrolyte. Proposed mathematical model was used for the evaluation and excellent results were obtained for anlysis fo model solution. The voltammetric method was successfully applied for determination of IAA and IBA in two commercial preparations containing the mixture of them.
