摘要
The equivalent noise charge of the multiple correlated sampling technique is analysed. The electronic chain consists of a charge sensitive amplifier followed by an RC-integrating circuit and sampling switches with successive weighting of sampled amplitudes. The optimum values of the integrating time constant, the sampling period as well as optimum weights are found for a number of samples in the range 3-6.
