摘要：
I always thought my patients were too sick to even think about sex. I had a twenty-one year old male patient who was so weak from chemo he had to use a wheelchair. Halfway into his treatment he told me his girlfriend was pregnant and he couldn't understand how. I'd talked to him and his parents about the need to sperm bank and so he thought he didn't need to use protection. It was a difficult situation because he also managed to get chlamydia in the process. Dr. B, Oncologist
