摘要
In this work the main aspects of the pilot implementation of the horizontal competence development plan in the Electronic Engineering Degree of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) are given. This plan is the next necessary step of the work already done by the degree in horizontal competences and comes as a response to the necessity of these competences to be explicitly treated in the curriculum. The plan is implemented in three subjects of the first two years of the degree: "Introduction to Computer Science" (1st year, 1st semester), "Programming Fundamentals" (1st year, 2nd semester) and "Electronics" (2nd year, 2nd semester). The objective is to set the bases of the horizontal competences, necessary for reaching the highest achievement levels at the end of the degree. For that, specific tasks already performed in the subjects are enhanced to work and assess the horizontal competences. Several examples of the tasks programmed, with their associated achievement levels, indicators and descriptors are given. Some preliminary results of the implementation are also provided, although an analysis of their evolution in the future is necessary.
