摘要
A dendrimer of PAMAM (1G)-FCD was synthesized. Its structure was characterized via IR, H-1 NMR, MALDI-TOF-MS, etc. The fluorescent properties of PAMAM(1G) -FCD, as well as the influence of Sn2+ on tills dendrimer, were also studied systematically. The results show that the fluorescence of tills dendrimer can be significantly enhanced by Sn2+. The UV spectra detected a new absorption peak at 360 rim with the addition of Sn2+ into the Solution of PAMAM(1G) -FCD, suggesting that chemical reaction occured in the Sn2+ and PAMAM(1G) -FCD system. This hybrid material of metal-dendrimer holds promise as a scarce material to emit blue fluorescence.
