摘要
The over use of vehicles in Indonesia produces heat generated by the engine. This heat source can be used as an electric generator with the help of thermoelectrics. Cu and S based materials are one of the choices. We were prepared using the polyol method. We started with dissolving tetraethylene glycol, the argon gas flow and heated at 200 degrees C followed by centrifugation. The obtained nanomaterials were examined their properties using X-RD, UV-VIS, and 2-probe I-V measurements. The UV-vis test showed that the bandgap CuS thin film energy decreased with a value of around 2.90-2.98 eV. (c) 2019 The Author(s). Published by Elsevier Ltd.
