Evolution and Perspectives for Development Of the Social Economy in the European Union

At European level, by reference to the principles of social economy, there is reinforced the choice for this type of economy that supports solidarity at household, community and regional level. Social economy entities demonstrate their role in conditions of economic crisis, in particular by contributing to economic stability, creating jobs and increasing social inclusion. In this regard, we propose an analysis of the stage of development of the social economy at European level and identifying prospects for development of this sector.
