摘要：

With the rapidly development of grid technology, the grid management which is based on information technology gives a new thought and method for complication problems. This paper introduces the grid management which has the advantages of sharing, predicting, colligation, multi-dimension and opening to establish the emergency management mechanism and it gives a new approach of consummating our country emergency management mechanism.
