摘要
A diode-laser-array end-pumped intracavity frequency-doubled Nd:GdVO4/KTP green laser, formed with a three-mirror folded cavity, and capable of generating 3.6 W of CW green radiation with optical conversion efficiency of 22.5%, has been demonstrated. The short term stability of the laser was found to be better than 3%, while the green output beam quality factor was measured to be M-2 = 1.55. When the laser was operated at the fundamental wavelength, a maximum output power of 10.1 W was obtained at the incident pump power of 22 W, the average slope efficiency was determined to be 55%.
