摘要：

This essay commemorates the centenary of Max Weber's death (June 14th, 1920). It is dedicated to Weber's political activity in the first months of the Weimar Republic and, in particular, to his participation in the expert committee on the future Constitution (approved in July 1919). In this committee, Weber tried to assert his ideas on the Reich sprasident as a caesarist trustee of the voters' mass.
