摘要：
An agar gel immunodiffusion (AGID) test using the polysaccharide (POLIO O) extract obtained from Brucella abortus strain 1119-3, was compared to plate agglutination, tube agglutination, rose bengal plate and mercaptoethanol tests in the diagnosis of bovine brucellosis. The AGID assay with B. aborturs polysaccharide antigens, presented a greater specificity bait lower sensitivity for defecting brucellosis infected animals as compared to the conventional methods of antibody detection.
