摘要
For the requirements of the aircraft equipment to power supply, it is necessary to research the high voltage DC-DC power converter module. In this paper, firstly it is researched that the topological structure of the HVDC (High Voltage DC-DC Converter), then design of the start circuit based on the control chip TL3844 and the calculation method of the components parameters are presented. Finally it is proposed that a simple and effective method of expansion flow to improve the power. In addition, the protection circuit is designed including the OCP(over-current protection) and the OVP(over-voltage protection) to improve supply system stability. At the same time voltage compensation circuit is designed in order to compensate the voltage. Moreover, the model has been validated on the actual operation of the converter, showing that the module is validated by the experiment.
