CLIMATE IN THE SCHOOL: WAYS OF COOPERATION OF TEACHERS AND SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGISTS

摘要
The paper deals with several circumstances of entry of school psychologists to the school team. The authors summarized results of structured discussion (PAT analysis) that was performed in group of school psychologists. Collective group work was focused on identification of possible fears of expected change that can feel teachers by entry of the school psychologist to the school, possible feeling of advantage that can be brought by this change and also possible (unwanted) tendency in behaviour and temptation of teachers. The main output of the discussion is in real proposals of behaviour and acting of psychologists that newly enter to school teams. The authors offer categorized proposals of the psychologists as a source of inspiration that have its empiric base and can be easily used in real school psychological practice.
