摘要
Educationalist's professional development means improvement of educationalist's professional skills. Nowadays the notion Teacher's professional development" is used in connection with further education which is necessary for each educator's professional perfection in order to be able to implement current approaches to education and ideas expressed in the Law on Education, in the conception of Education's development and in other documents that determine policy of education, its content and acquired proficiency (full, detailed, deep knowledge of a subject, the ability to motivate pupils/ students to study, well-developed abilities in communication, abilities to acquire something new, to be flexible, general knowledge in different areas of life, etc.) is the basis for development of teachers' work quality and career. The process of a person's life-long education based on variable requirements to obtain knowledge, skills, experience is done in order to improve or to change one's professional skills corresponding to requests of labour market and one's interests and needs. Professional perfection unites informal studies and formal education, develops inborn abilities along with new abilities.
