The paper describes studies on xanthohumol solubility in supercritical carbon dioxide. Studies were carried out with a static method in pressure range 350-950 bar and in temperature range 55-100 C. Experimental data were used for the determination of constants in a semi-empirical equation of Chrastil and Gordillo et al. Solubility calculated according to selected models is in good agreement with the experimental data. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
