摘要:
A compact Q-switched diode-pumped double-clad Yb3+-doped fiber laser was described. By using conventional Q-switching technique and exploiting nonlinearity in the core of the gain fiber, the laser operated at a repetition rate of 1.5kHz with an peak power over 13.3kW, pulse width of 5.2ns and pulse energy of 80 mu J. The output wavelength was tunable from 1080nm to 1119nm with a line width less than 0.2nm.
