摘要：

The effect of enzymolytic extracts of abalone on swimming time and the abilities of anti-fatigue in normal atmospheric pressure and the content of hemoglobin and the accumulation of blood lactic acid in mice have been observed. The results show that the enzymolytic extracts of abalone can largely prolong the swimming time and the survival time of the mice. So it has the effect of anti-fatigue and anti-anoxia. Meanwhile, it has also accelerated the content of hemoglobin and decreased the accumulation of blood lactic acid in mice. The enzymolytic extracts of abalone can accelerate the exercise performance.
