摘要
(CU)-C-63 NMR spin-lattice relaxation rate 1/T-1 was measured in copper sulfide spinel compound Cu(Ir-0.95 Rh-0.05)(2)S-4 Above 200 K the Korringa relation 1/T-1 T = 0.68 s(-1) K-1 holds. Below 200 K, 1/T-1, decreases drastically with decreasing temperature and the line width increases noticeably. These results correspond to the metal-insulator transition in this system reported at 200 K. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
