摘要
The university is knowledge-intensive organization, university teachers are knowledge workers. Teacher in university is the school teaching knowledge formation and innovation main body, effective management of teacher's individual knowledge is effective way to improve the teaching level and o teacher's personal professional growth. Based on analysis of the knowledge management process, combined with the characteristics of cloud computing, based on the knowledge management model, the paper puts forward university teachers' knowledge management strategy in clouding era, for solving the bottleneck of university teachers' knowledge management, and promoting knowledge sharing and innovation.
