摘要
The purpose of the present paper is to demonstrate the possibility of obtaining single phase beta-type Ti-Nb powders by ball milling. The influence of milling parameters, degree of oxidation and initial powders morphology have been studied. The produced powder can be further used to synthesize compacts with a very low Young's modulus for biomedical applications. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
