Study on Demulsification Viscosity Reduction Technology of Crude Oil

摘要
Taking the TuHa Niu-juan Lake's oil as the study object. Based on the determination of water separation ratio of crude oil emulsions after adding the demulsifiers, the demulsification efficiency of different demulsifiers were investigated and the demulsifiers which has better demulsification efficiency were selected. Then based on the investigation of demulsification efficiency on the compounded demulsifiers of the selected better demulsifier, the best ingredient of the compounded demulsifier (m(BCF-319):m(POI-2420)=6:4) was selected. It was shown that when m(crude oil emulsion):m(produced water containing demulsifier)=1:1, the added amount of demulsifier was 100 mg/L and the temperature was 50 degrees C, the water of the crude oil emulsion can be reduced from 3.15 mL to 0.05 mL and the viscosity (shear rate: 10 s(-1)) of the TuHa oil can be reduced from 690 mPa. s mPa. s to 32 mPa.s. The water separation ratio was achieved 98.41% and the viscosity reduction ratio was achieved 95.4%. Then based on the determination of the interfacial property of crude oil after adding the selected reagent, the viscosity reduction mechanism of demulsification was diacussed.
