摘要
Beer fermentation process has the characteristics of nonlinear. time varying and pure lap. Since tradition PID control and fuzzy PH) control are difficult to satisfy the control requirements, an improved variable universe fuzzy PID control method is proposed. The variable universe fuzzy controller is improved by adapting scale partition ii thud. PID control. fuzzy PID control and improved variable universe fuzzy PID control methods are analyzed and compared by using Matlab program. The results show that the improved universe fuzzy PID control method has better dyna it c and static performance with adaptive capability.
