摘要：

In the presented text we focus on Katolicke noviny, which is one of the longest issued weeklies in the territory of Slovakia. Through individual parts of this paper we will get acquainted with the weeklys history and its position in the past and at present. At the same time, we will attempt to analyse its structure and the content focus of its sections, which are a part of every issue. The text has a theoretical-empirical character.
