摘要
Systems organized relatively simply (atoms, molecules, minerals, and protozoa) have evolved relatively weakly over geological history or have remained practically unchanged, while complex systems formed by them (geological formations, the atmosphere, and the hydrosphere) have changed substantially and with acceleration. Supposedly, an analogous situation has developed in human society as well. Individuals change insignificantly biologically and intellectually, but the community itself is actively developing, thus predetermining an increase in knowledge and the improvement in the skills of its members.
