摘要
Based on phase gradient, we designed a broadband circular polarization anomalous reflection metamaterial which can keep the polarization state and steer reflected beams for circular polarized incidence from 6.8GHz to 16GHz. The metamaterial can convert linear polarized incidence to left-hand and right-hand circular polarized reflection which propagate along different directions.
