摘要
The dynamic characteristic is the key factor that affects the stability of motorized spindle at high-speed. According to the effects of bearing lubrication condition on motorized spindle rotor-bearing system dynamic characteristics, considering contact stiffness and elasto-hydrodynamic oil-film stiffness between balls and ring raceways, based on finite element method, this paper established analysis model of motorized spindle rotor-bearing system dynamic performance. The experiment result indicates that comparing with the models without considering oil-film stiffness, bearing comprehensive supporting stiffness decreases, which makes the critical speed of rotor-bearing system decrease, and it shows that the adjustment of bearing axial pre-load has the function of changing critical speed and dynamic response.
