摘要：
An efficient, convenient, one-pot synthesis of 2,4(1H,3H)-quinazolinediones and 2-thioxoquinazolinones was accomplished in good yields via the novel reductive cyclization of ethyl 2-nitrobenzoates with isocyanates or isothiocyanates mediated by TiCl4/Zn system.
