摘要
The thermoluminescence (TL) of natural materials usually exhibits a complex behaviour, which in most cases cannot be explained in terms of localised trapping states. In this paper, the kinetic parameters of the trapping states distribution of a polymineral sample have been estimated to confirm the presence of an exponential trap distribution. These TL behaviours could engage the consecutive breaking and linking of bonds Al-O, Fe-O, including dehydroxylation processes and redox reactions. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
