Synthesis and structure of tetra-p-tolylantimony p-toluenesulfonate

摘要：
Tetra-p-tolylantimony p-toluenesulfonate was prepared from penta-p-tolylantimony and tri-p-tolylantimony bis(p-toluenesulfonate). According to X-ray data the configuratuion of the antimony atom in this complex is a trigonal bipyramid with the axially located oxygen atom of the sulfo group. The bond lengths (Angstrom) are as follows: Sb-O 2.402(7); Sb-C 2.086(9), 2.086(10), 2.090(10), and 2.126(10). The bond angles are as follows: CaSbCe 97.04(4)degrees, 98.8(4)degrees, and 101.5(4)degrees; CaSbCa 176.4(3)degrees.
