摘要：

Two optoelectronic integrated circuits (OEICs) are presented: a current mirror amplifier for low-offset DVD OEICs and a high-speed amplifier for optical data transmission and optical interconnects. Both OEICs were integrated with PIN photodiodes in a standard 1 mu m CMOS process on epitaxial wafers. For the DVD OEIC -3 dB -frequencies in excess of 30 MHz and for the high-speed receiver a NRZ (Non-Return-to-Zero) data rate of 622 Mbit/s are achieved.
