摘要：
In recent years, the Chinese MICE industry experiences rapid development. This implies that more employees with professional MICE qualifications are needed. Training and education plays an important part to provide sufficient qualified MICE professionals in supporting the Chinese MICE development. In this paper, the author firstly discusses the current status and problems of MICE education in China; and then provides several suggestions in improving the current Chinese MICE education.
