摘要：

This paper tries to give a management model of the agent-construction system of National Repository Construction Project. Firstly, according to the internal characteristics of the national repository construction project, the comparative analysis of the domestic popular management model of agent construction system, the analysis of the national repository construction project generation and then discusses the mode of agent-construction system of national repository construction project in three aspects: management modes organization mode and work flow respectively. Finally, it discusses the reform ideas of implementing the model in the future and gives some suggestions.
