摘要
Linear solvation energy relationships (LSER) were used to evaluate the interactions exited on cellulose tris (3, 5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) (CDMPC)-chiral stationary phase (CSP) and the effect of the support on the chiral separation. The 33 solutes descriptors and their retention factors were used to the multiple linear regressions analysis and statistical calculations. And the interaction existed in the chiral stationary phases was evaluated by the system parameters obtained by the multiple linear regression analysis. There are weaker pi-pi interactions and stronger dipole- or induced dipole-type interactions on the chiral stationary phases in normal phase. And the H-bond existed in the chiral stationary phase is affected by the support. CSP with aminopropy silica gel(APS) support has the stronger ability of H-bond donor, and CSP with SiO2 support has the stronger ability of H-bond acceptor.
