摘要：

Work teams involved in intense work on knowledge deal with the difficulty of making decisions. They usually have to choose between several options. Work teams members have to evaluate these options by defining common evaluation criteria and analyzing information. This paper proposes the use of recommender systems for groups, based on fuzzy evaluations, to help teams make decisions.
