摘要
Small Punch Test is a newly developed method for determination of material properties while using only a very small quantity of material. Since the process of SPT is very complex, a precise theoretical analysis on the testing process can not get obtained. With the development of computer technology, FEM has been applied widely. In this paper, ABAQUS is adopted to establish SPT model, the testing process is simulated based on the ductile elastoplastic damage theory of Gurson. A comparison of L-D curve between simulation and test in which the specimen thickness is 0.5mm has been done to ensure the validity of parameters. Equivalent fracture stress and strain of SPT can be obtained through the simulation of different specimen thickness.
