摘要
This paper introduces a mechanism of Aerospace Science Park. The mechanism integrates military aerospace technology transfer into Science Park. It also combines military economy to regional economy. Therefore, researchers could look the two economy sections as a whole system. In order to model this system, System Dynamics (SD) approach is adopted. By using computer simulating, the results indicate that Aerospace Science Park is indeed an effective mechanism to promote the development of both military industry and regional economy. Moreover, this paper gives some managerial suggestions to govern the Aerospace Science Park.
