摘要
This essay deals with Giorgio Agamben's thematization of "testimony" in relation to his recent considerations about "the inappropriable" as an essential character of body, language and the world. A dialogue will be added to the internal reconstruction of Agamben's project of testimony as a philosophical problem, through the documentaries of Rithy Panh (S-21: the Khmer Rouge Killing Machine, 2003, and The missing picture, 2013) and Ari Folman (Waltz with Bashir, 2008), as well as the considerations of Dither Fassin about "testimony" as an "ethical requirement" of humanitarian organizations. My intention is to delimit and test Giorgio Agamben's ethical proposal.
