Influence of Calcination Temperature on Structure and Electrical Properties La2FeMnO6 Double Perovskite

The double perovskite La2FeMnO6 (LFMO) has been synthesized with variation of calcination temperature (900 degrees C and 750 degrees C) using sol-gel method. The structure of compound was characterized by X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and X-ray Fluorescence (XRF). The X-ray diffraction pattern confirmed that La2FeMnO6 has a cubic structure with space group Pm-3m and difference phase due to calcination temperature. XRF showed the weight and atomic ratio of compound are suitable with double perovskite stoichiometric, respectively. The electrical properties were characterized by impedance spectroscopy method with range frequency of 100 Hz- 1 MHz at room temperature. The Nyquist plot shows that decrement of semi-circle diameter with decreasing calcination temperature. The value of dielectric constant (epsilon') was decreased with the increasing calcination temperature.
